Built on Apache Guacamole and deployed on your own infrastructure, the platform answers the four questions an auditor asks about privileged access - who reached what, with whose credentials, what they did inside the session, and who approved it - from its own records.
Privileged session control

Do you work on an existing Apache Guacamole installation?
Yes. Customising, extending and supporting a Guacamole deployment that is already running is one of the two ways we work - the interface, sign-in, recording and hardening - without starting again.
Can Guacamole carry our own branding?
Yes. The login page, theme and interface can be customised to look and work like your own product, including the workflow changes your users need.
Can users sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google?
It supports SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect, which Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace and most identity providers speak. MFA can stay with your provider, or the platform can enforce it: authenticator app, email, SMS or a FIDO2 security key.
Which systems can users reach through it?
Windows over RDP, Linux and network devices over SSH or Telnet, desktops over VNC, Kubernetes, and command-line access to PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, MariaDB, Redis and Db2 - all from a browser, with nothing installed on the user's machine.
Does our data leave our network?
No. It is deployed on your infrastructure - on-premise or in your own cloud tenancy - so sessions, recordings and credentials stay with you.
Are sessions recorded?
Every session can be recorded, played back and downloaded, and terminal sessions read as a transcript. Live sessions can be watched, co-watched or ended.
How is it priced?
It depends on how many targets and administrators there are and what needs customising, so we quote after the first call - with the scope in writing, before anything is committed.
